Head of the Chemistry Department
Leads the formulation and execution of the department’s strategic plan in alignment with the vision of Unima Unggul dan Inovatif berdasarkan Mapalus (Excellent and Innovative Unima based on Mapalus). This role coordinates the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education (education, research, and community service) in chemistry, fosters the career development of faculty and support staff (including lab technicians), builds partnerships with chemical industries and research institutions, and reports overall performance accountability to the Dean.
Secretary of the Chemistry Department
Managing general administration, official correspondence, and departmental databases. Responsibilities include scheduling lectures and exams, managing classroom and laboratory allocations, monitoring chemical reagent stocks and lab equipment inventories (such as spectrophotometers), and drafting performance reports, accountability documentation, and facility expansion plans
Study Program Coordinator
Focuses on academic operations by updating the curriculum to align with MBKM standards and industry demands. Key duties involve allocating teaching workloads, assigning academic advisors and thesis supervisors, monitoring student academic progress to minimize dropout rates, overseeing accreditation documentation (LAMSAMA/LAMDIK), and fostering student academic development through initiatives.
